  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    If your order requires international shipping please be aware that your order may have to be opened and inspected by customs authorities: sometimes resulting in import taxes and charges which will be levied once the goods reach the specified destination. You, the customer, are responsible for these additional charges, please note Mackintosh has no control over these charges and we are unable to predict these costs prior to shipping. Please contact your local customers office if you would require information on these charges before confirming your order.

    If you wish to return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office

  • RETURNS

    Returned Products must conform to our returns policy below.

    You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:

    • Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags;
    • footwear and accessories should be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
    • if the Product comes with a security tag this should be left on;

    If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the Product(s) up to the full price of the Product(s).

    Please note that a return of an order or part of an order must be processed within 14 days of initially receiving the order.

  • EXCHANGES

    Currently we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or style, we recommend ordering the desired item whilst it is still in stock and shipping back your return.

  • PSD2

    What is PSD2?

    PSD2 is a new European law introduced to make online payments more secure. When you place an order online using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity through 3D Secure authentication.

    What are the payment steps when I place an order?

    When you place an order within Europe, you may be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank. There are many ways to authenticate online payments and you could be asked to confirm your identity through SMS, email, or TouchID. Once your payment is authenticated and the order has been placed, you’ll return to the Mackintosh confirmation page. As soon as your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email.

    How will my bank confirm my identity?

    Get in contact with your bank to understand their 3D Secure authentication process. Make sure they have the correct contact details for you just in case they use SMS or email for authentication.

    If I'm unable to place an order, what should I do?
